Rancho Cordova Fatal Crash
Capital City Freeway Car Crash Injures Four

On Thursday, September 24, 2015 at approximately 7:30 p.m., a car being driven on the Capital City Freeway at El Camino Avenue struck an on-ramp metering light.  Three of the four occupants in the car were taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  The driver had to be extricated from the vehicle by the fire department.  He suffered major injuries as a result of the crash.

Many employees drive company vehicles either to and from work or for specific company related tasks. Wrongful death claims can be brought against a driver’s employer if the negligent act of the employee occurred in the scope of employment. For this reason, it is vital in every wrongful death case to have only a wrongful death attorney investigate whether the negligent driver was in the scope of employment.

The most expensive part of any auto insurance policy is always the liability coverage which protects the driver or owner if they are at fault in an accident.

Today, for the first time in 30 years, I found a medpay provision in an auto insurance policy that takes away from the injured party the right to choose the provider he or she wishes to treat their injuries.
