Pedestrian Injured on Foothills Boulevard in Roseville Major Crash

A female pedestrian was seriously injured in a Roseville major crash on November 22 after being hit by a motor vehicle. The collision occurred near Foothills Boulevard with Main Street around 5:30 p.m., according to the Roseville Police Department. The pedestrian who was struck was estimated by authorities to be in her 20s or 30s. No additional information was provided. The investigation into how the collision occurred is being conducted by the Roseville Police Department.

Crash Causes Pedestrian Intersection Injury on Stevens Avenue

A pedestrian intersection injury was reported in a South Sacramento crash in the Florin area on October 26. The collision happened at the intersection of Stevens and Elsie Avenues around 7:48 p.m. The pedestrian was found down in the center of the street, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP) accident report. 

Accident on Howe Avenue Injures Pedestrian

A pedestrian injury occurred in Sacramento on November 23 when an individual on foot was struck by a motor vehicle at the entrance to an apartment building. The accident happened around 5:10 p.m. on Howe Avenue between Alderbrook Way and Bell Street. First responders with the Sacramento Fire Department were called to the scene to assess injuries to the pedestrian. Those injuries were determined to be minor. The accident is being investigated by police to find out how it happened and to assign fault.

An injured pedestrian was transported to a local hospital by emergency responders with the Sacramento Fire Department on June 29 following an accident. According to a representative with the Sacramento Police Department, the crash between a motor vehicle and the pedestrian happened around 12:15 in the morning along 16th Street between X Street and Broadway. The pedestrian was reported to have moderate injuries from the collision. Sixteenth Street was shut down while authorities investigated the cause of the crash. It is unknown at this time whether alcohol or drugs was a contributing factor.
