Sacramento Bicyclist Killed

On the evening of December 8, 2016, there was a fatal bicycle accident at the intersection of Northgate Boulevard and Bridgeford Drive in Sacramento. The victim was identified as 47-year-old Jose Felix Ortiz Plascenia.
