South Sacramento Hit and Run

I’m Ed Smith. The light had just indicated it was her turn to walk when she was hit by what looked to be a 2002 or 2003 Toyota Solara. The car was headed east on Fruitridge Road. It failed to stop for a red light. The dark colored vehicle (possibly blue) hit the girl sending her up into the air and then landing back onto the street.
