Teen Arrested in Scotland Drive Accident in Antelope

A suspected drunk driving accident in Antelope on June 18 ended up with the arrest of the driver after the vehicle hit a tree. The accident happened on Scotland Drive at Kirsch Drive at about 1:30 in the morning, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP). The CHP and responders with Sac Metro Fire arrived to discover one female and three males in the car at the time.

Pedestrian Collision Caused Major Injuries in Antelope

A pedestrian collision with a motor vehicle occurred on November 1 in Antelope, which resulted in a major injury to the walker. The accident happened around 2:18 in the afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), at northbound Antelope Road near the intersection with Ridgepoint Drive. The driver was in a dark gray Saturn SUV and struck the pedestrian, who was in a parking lot changing a tire. Emergency responders arrived to assess the injured pedestrian, and it was determined that a major injury to the walker had occurred. The CHP is in charge of determining how the accident happened and to assign fault in the incident.
