Stockton Accident Fatally Injures Passenger — Recently, a single-vehicle accident in southeast Stockton claimed the life of a passenger. The accident occurred shortly after 7:30 in the evening along South Airport Way in the vicinity of Ralph Avenue. A Honda CR-V SUV was traveling eastbound when, for unknown reasons, the vehicle began overturning and collided with a short chain link face. The Honda later came to a rest along the front yard of a home along Ralph Avenue facing westbound. Officers responding to the scene found three occupants inside the vehicle, two of which were uninjured in the accident. The third individual, described as a young man, complained of chest pain and was taken to an area hospital for treatment. Sadly, the man’s condition worsened, and he succumbed to his injuries during hospitalization. His identity has been withheld due to pending notification of family members.
