The two decedents were identified by authorities on Monday, August 9, as Mark Henderson, a 69-year old man, and Jacquelyn Komplin, a 60-year-old woman. In addition to the two Napa residents, four other individuals lost their lives during this tragic accident. The other decedents were residents of Illinois and Georgia, and Washington.

One Killed in Collision Near Lake Berryessa

On Sunday, March 21, 2021, one person sustained fatal trauma, and two more were injured during a vehicle collision near Lake Berryessa. California Highway Patrol (CHP) reports that the collision took place in the early evening at a rural highway location and involved a passenger vehicle as well as a motorcycle. Napa County authorities are currently withholding the decedent’s name and information, and the incident is under CHP investigation.

Woman Killed in Napa Car Accident Identified

On Saturday, November 21, 2020, a local woman tragically lost her life during a Napa car accident. Three days later, Napa County Sheriff’s Office officials publicly released her identity.
