Driver Taken Into Custody Following Orangevale Building Crash

Authorities said the driver allegedly left the scene on foot following the collision.

California Highway Patrol East Sacramento officers located the 54-year-old at approximately 10:00 p.m., about 20 minutes after the crash, and took him into custody.
