Man Identified After Fatal Fairfield Motorcycle Accident

On Friday, September 6, 2019, officials of the Solano County Sheriff’s Department released the identity of a man who tragically lost his life during a Fairfield motorcycle accident. The crash took place two days earlier and, according to police, involved two vehicles including a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle. The decedent was identified as James Houghtailing, a 61-year-old resident of Suisun City. The collision is reportedly still under investigation.

Pedestrian Dies in Fairfield Trucking Accident

California Highway Patrol (CHP) officials indicated that one man lost his life during a freeway accident in Fairfield on Tuesday, June 25, 2019. Reports stated that the collision involved three vehicles as well as an individual that authorities say may have been a pedestrian. The identity of the decedent is currently being withheld by officials of the Solano County Sheriff’s Department pending his family’s notification. County authorities identified the fatally injured motorcyclist as Gene Ogden, a 70-year-old man from Fairfield. According to police, the collision involved two motorcyclists and injured both parties. The second motorcyclist was reportedly seriously injured during the accident and remained in hospital care at the time of reporting. I would like to express my condolences to Mr. Ogden’s family and friends after they have experienced such a tragic loss.

Fairfield Teen Killed in Car Accident

California Highway Patrol (CHP) reported that a teenager lost their life in a single-vehicle collision that took place in Corte Madera during the morning of Monday, June 10, 2019. The fatally injured teen was identified by county officials as a 17-year-old boy from the city of Fairfield. The teen’s full identity has not been released pending his family’s notification. According to police, no other individuals were involved in the collision, and the accident remains under investigation. The accident involved a total of five vehicles and took place on a highway area within Fairfield city limits. Reports indicated that one person sadly suffered fatal injuries during the collision. Authorities of Solano County have not yet released the identity of the fatally injured individual. Additionally, police stated that four other people suffered injuries during the accident. Santa Rosa Man Killed in Fairfield Accident

A serious car accident in Fairfield on Tuesday, March 19, left one person with injuries that ultimately cost him his life. Authorities have not yet identified the fatally injured individual. However, officials did say he was a 62-year-old man from Santa Rosa. According to reports, two other individuals also sustained injuries, one of whom was left with severe trauma due to the accident. Man Identified in Fairfield Crash

The Solano County Sheriff’s Department released the identity of a man who lost his life in a local car accident in Fairfield. The man was identified as Chris McKinney, a 62-year-old resident of Santa Rosa in Sonoma County.  McKinney tragically passed away during the early morning on Tuesday, February 19, 2019. According to officers of the Fairfield Police Department (FPD), the collision remains under investigation. I would like to express my sympathy to Mr. McKinney’s loved ones while they are mourning the loss of their family member and friend.
