Two Injured in Valley Springs Motorcycle Accident
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reported that two parties were injured and hospitalized after a motorcycle accident in the Valley Springs area on Saturday, April 17, 2021. The motorcycle accident occurred at around 3:20 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 26 and Double Springs Road. According to a CHP statement, the incident involved a minivan, reported to be an Amazon delivery vehicle, and a motorcycle carrying two riders.
Both occupants on the bike were transported via air ambulance to Modesto area hospitals for treatment of leg and arm injuries. Further details on the incident were not immediately available as an investigation is ongoing by CHP traffic officials.
