Highway 4 Fatal Head-On Collision

What Happened?
A man was behind the wheel of his silver 2006 Chevrolet traveling eastbound along Highway 4 in the vicinity of South Whiskey Slough Road in Stockton. The man veered over the double solid yellow lines into the westbound lane to overtake other vehicles along this two-lane roadway. An oncoming black 1991 Honda was traveling in the path of the man’s Chevrolet. This resulted in a tragic head-on collision.

The 24-year-old driver that was operating the silver Chevrolet was treated at the hospital for minor injuries.
