Legal Considerations in Fatal Collisions
In California, fatal crashes often lead to wrongful death claims filed by surviving family members. When another driver’s negligent decisions results in a death, families may be entitled to compensation for medical expenses, funeral costs, loss of income, and emotional suffering. Though no amount of compensation can undo the tragedy, holding responsible parties accountable can provide financial relief and a sense of justice.
