Dog Attack Against Mailman Occurs Near Roseville Road

According to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office, a North Highlands mailman was attacked near the Roseville Road intersection with Walerga Road recently, which caused severe injuries. The mailman was approaching a door to deliver mail when the pitbull pushed open the screen and attacked the 73-year-old. The dog’s owner and a passerby who had called 911 for help attempted to stop the attack.
