The California Highway Patrol (CHP) responded to a call of a crash along southbound SR-99 in the Stockton area on the morning of Wednesday, December 22, 2021. The traffic collision took place shortly after 11:10 a.m. along the southbound lanes of State Route 99 at the Liberty Road offramp.
