Was Anyone Hurt?
No information was available at the time of this writing as to the condition of those involved in the motor vehicle accident.
What Caused the Collision?
The CHP has the task of investigating the cause of the crash. It usually takes about 7 days for them to release a report. The report typically contains information as to fault. Sometimes CHP reports can be inconclusive or in error as to fault. It is important to contact an experienced accident attorney who can thoroughly investigate and pinpoint liability (cause) of the crash.
