Financial security from a personal injury or wrongful death claim may provide injured parties or families a means to rebuild their lives after a traumatic incident. It may also provide a sense of closure, knowing that the party that caused the crash has been held accountable for their actions.
Injured parties may be entitled to the recovery of wage loss, medical bills, pain and suffering, and other losses. Surviving family members may seek reimbursement of funeral service costs, end-of-life care, loss of financial support, and other relevant damages. An in-depth investigation into a traffic collision is necessary to establish causation. This is one element that must be met when filing a case for personal injury or wrongful death in California.

An attorney will work diligently to collect and preserve evidence immediately.
