Authorities say the incident began around 9:45 p.m. near 6th Street and Telegraph Road and quickly spread to multiple locations across the city. The activity was later reported on Stockton Boulevard and continued to the intersection of Florin Road and Watt Avenue. Numerous vehicles reportedly stopped along roadways to either participate in or spectate the illegal stunt driving.
Police confirmed that a vehicle pursuit was initiated in connection with the event. As of now, the condition of the injured bystander has not been disclosed. The incident remains under investigation.
