Roseville Seniors Come Learn How to Ride Bus

What You Will Learn 

If you are 60 years or over this experience is just for you. In this class you will be taught how to ride Roseville Transit. Hands on training will be offered showing you how to read a bus schedule. Learn how to read and figure out transit maps. This will teach you how to plan your route. See how easy it can be to plan a trip by bus to the doctor, shopping center or favorite restaurant. The last class will include an actual practice run on the bus. Come learn how to be more independent, travel around without your car and save money, too.

Class Locations:

Riley Library, Tuesdays, 10am-12pm. March 29, 2016 thru April 12, 2016. Class Registration #: 73491

Maidu Community Center, Thursdays, 10am-12pm. March 31, 2016 thru April 14, 2016. Class Registration #: 73492

Registration:

You may register through City of Roseville Parks and Recreation Department. Here is an online form. Be sure to input the Class Registration #. If you prefer to register by phone simply call (916) 772-PLAY. In the alternative you may register in person at Roseville Sports Center or Maidu Community Center. Click on either of the previous links for more information and address information.

What is the Fee to Ride the Bus?

For a daily discount pass the cost is $5. There is $5 fee for a discount ID Card.
