Are you indecisive on what to do for frightful entertainment in the month of October? Then come out to the city of Roseville to enjoy local fun with friends and family.

DireWorld Scare Park

The DireWorld Scare Park is a haunted theme park that is open throughout the month of October. The theme park is built and designed by a top professional team experienced in the haunt and film industry. For this reason, the event is known as the premier haunted house attraction in Northern California. There are seven menacing attractions to enjoy frightful fun with your friends and family. There will also be food truck and exotic vendors serving at the event.

When: Dates vary according to ticket availability.

Thursday – October 13, 2016

Food Truck Mania

Do you enjoy delicious foods? Are you an open-mind searching for new local eats to discover? Then come out to the Vernon Street Town Square to enjoy the monthly mobile cuisine event on every second Thursday of each month. The food trucks are operated by Sacto MoFo and are the best mobile food trucks in the local community.

When: 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Floating Pumpkin Patch

Have you ever heard of a floating pumpkin patch? If not, come out to the Mike Shellito Indoor Pool to experience it yourself first-hand. You get to choose a pumpkin from the pool and decorate it at a craft station. There will also be bounce houses, carnival games and story time. All attendees are also encouraged to come in their Halloween costumes.

When: 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Admission: $7 to swim, $10 to swim and choose a pumpkin (Pre-Registration price) and $15 to swim and choose a pumpkin (At the door registration).


Roseville Oktoberfest

Do you enjoy beer from regional and local breweries? Then come along with your loved ones to enjoy food, live music and have a festive time. The entry fee includes an Oktoberfest tasting mug and unlimited beer tastings. All of the proceeds will benefit the City of Roseville’s Youth-At-Risk programs.

When: 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Admission: $5 for designated drivers, $25 per person if purchased by October 9, 2016 and $35 per person if purchased after October 9, 2016.


Food Truck Cinema – Top Gun

Are you a movie addict that also loves mobile food truck cuisine? Why not have the best of both worlds and come out to the Woodcreek Golf Club’s Food Truck Cinema? The event is a drive-in movie theatre with picnics, food trucks, local bands and a craft beer and wine garden.

When: 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Admission: $5 to $12
