Annual Plant Sale

Make sure to mark your calendar for this event! Held at the Antioch City Prewett Water Park, this annual plant sale will be home to a diverse set of supplies and tools that will delight anyone with a green thumb. Members of the Antioch Riverview Garden Club are looking forward to showcasing a variety of plants, garden books, pots, tools, and so much more. Take something home for your garden and make all your friends green with envy!

Sunflower Wine Glass Paint Night

The G St. Mercantile is excited to host an event that mixes artistry with brewery! Everyone has some sort of canvas painting around their house, but how often do you get the chance to craft a hand painted wine glass? In honor of the beginning of Spring, the flower theme for May is sunflowers. Stop by and learn the basics of brush strokes, and then leave with your very own masterpiece – which you can marvel at every time you decide to crack open your favorite bottle of wine. All artistic supplies are provided in class, just bring an eager mind and a smile.

BART Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Date: Friday, May 25, 2018

Time: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Location: 1600 Slatten Ranch Road, Antioch, CA 94509

Admission: Free registration online

After months of anticipation, it is finally here: the new Antioch BART service. To celebrate the opening of this new transportation service, there is going to be a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Antioch station. There will be free train rides available to the public from 1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., riders will be transferred from the Antioch station to the Pittsburg transfer platform. The shuttles will be able to make the necessary accommodations for those with disabilities.
