The collision was reported at approximately 10:45 p.m. at R Wild Horse Ranch in the Platina area. Officers with the CHP Red Bluff Area responded to reports of a possible off-road vehicle crash. Upon arriving at the scene, they located the driver, identified as 70-year-old man.
