A life-threatening injury to a homeless man happened in Sacramento on January 27 when a vehicle crashed into a strip mall in Sacramento. The accident occurred around 8:00 in the evening on Stockton Boulevard between Fruitridge Road and Lawrence Drive. A report released by authorities with the Sacramento Fire Department stated that the injured man was transported to a hospital with injuries described as life-threatening.

As of the morning of January 28, the patient’s status had not been updated. The driver of the vehicle that struck the building was uninjured, according to authorities. One business at the strip mall was damaged in the crash as well as a storefront that was vacant.
