Fatal Oakland Motorcycle Crash Occurs at 10th Street Intersection

A fatal Oakland motorcycle crash occurred on July 9. The collision occurred at East 10th Street and 5th Avenue around 9:00 a.m. Although the injured motorcyclist was transported to a hospital by medics, doctors were unable to save their life. The Oakland Police Department confirmed that the crash occurred with another vehicle.

The vehicle driver stayed at the accident scene and cooperated with investigators. Authorities have not yet released the identity of the motorcyclist, as notification of next of kin is still pending by the County Coroner’s Office.
