Calling all Elk Grove citizens to come join Elk Grove Police Department and Elk Grove Commons business merchants for the 22nd Annual Elk Grove Safety Fair and Halloween Event.

The event will include a parade, Halloween costume contest at 11:00 a.m., and trick-or-treating at participating stores.  Enjoy games, prizes and entertainment.
