Holiday Craft Show @ Old Town Elk Grove Farmers’ Market | 9615 Railroad Avenue, Elk Grove | Dec. 17 from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM

Join in on the farm to fork movement every Sunday with locally sourced fresh fruits and vegetables in Elk Grove. Shoppers will find produce, gourmet foods, and entertainment year-round. This Sunday, December 17, the Farmers’ Market additionally will host a Holiday Craft Show with beautiful artisan and craft goods, holiday snacks, and live music. Stock up for your holiday feasts and enjoy the show this Sunday!

“Christmas Around the World” Dessert Concert | 7150 Baldwin Dam Road, Folsom | Dec. 15 – 8:00 PM

This year marks the second annual Christmas Dessert Concert hosted by the Folsom Rotary Club. A night of Christmas classics from around the world will surely entertain, with an array of Christmas desserts, coffee, wine, and sparkling cider to ensure a festive occasion.

Lego Block Party | 10055 Franklin High Road, Elk Grove | Second & Fourth Saturdays each month – 10:00 AM-3:00PM

Come build with neighbors at the Lego Block Party hosted by the Franklin Community Library. This free program supplies both Lego and Duplo blocks for the little ones to let their creativity run wild. This twice monthly event occurs on the second and fourth Saturdays each month.

Winter Wonderland | 3901 Land Park Drive, Sacramento | Dec. 17

Fairytale Town has been transformed into Whoville this Christmas season with a dazzling display of holiday lights and Grinch themed activities. Visit Santa in his workshop, step into a giant snow globe, and experience a nightly snow flurry at 7pm. Admission for children one and under is free!

Theatre of Lights | Old Sacramento at K Street and Front Street, Sacramento | Thursday – Sunday through Dec. 24

Celebrate the magic of the season with the ninth annual Theatre of Lights in Old Sacramento. Enjoy the live action retelling of the Christmas classic, “A Visit from St. Nicholas,” dramatic light show chronicling the history of the city, an appearance by Jack Frost, and the lighting of the sixty-foot tree by Santa himself.
