Earth Day Expanded to Earth Month
Last year, 2020, marked the 50-year anniversary of Earth Day, and the UC Davis Community recognized the milestone by holding a series of events that ran from April 1 to May 10th – the final day of the Whole Earth Festival. The new tradition of celebrating Earth Month continues this year. There will be events highlighting sustainability hosted by different campus groups throughout the coming weeks.
Below are some upcoming events to celebrate Earth Month. Note that all of these are in keeping with pandemic protocol. We look forward to a return to in-person activities for Earth Month 2022!
