Man Killed in Single-Car Accident

The California Highway Patrol indicated a young man was involved in an Antelope Road traffic fatality on March 26, 2016. Trestin Jones, 21, was ejected from his car early Saturday morning on Interstate 80 near Antelope Road. The CHP said the man’s car drifted off the right shoulder, hitting a guardrail, near the Antelope Road exit in Sacramento County. The car then bounced toward the median. Unfortunately, the car rolled several times, and sadly the driver was ejected. The man died from his injuries. He was from Sacramento. There appeared to be no signs of drug or alcohol contributing to this crash.

Anyone Else Injured?

Investigators said that no other vehicles were involved. No other injuries were reported.

What Caused the Crash The Car Accident On Antelope Road?

The cause of this crash is being investigated by the California Highway Patrol. They may or may not be able to pinpoint a cause. Sometimes a traffic collision report is in error. An experienced accident lawyer would typically investigate the accident scene and look at all possible causes for the collision. An attorney may look at defects in the road, highway shoulder erosion and check the car out for defects in the roof of the vehicle (especially when a victim is seriously injured, ejected, or killed).

You don’t have much of a chance of surviving a serious crash if the roof caves in on you. For more information, watch the Youtube video below:
