The freightliner truck overturned and came to rest on its side across all westbound lanes of I-80. CHP reported that the driver sustained minor injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.

All westbound lanes remain blocked as emergency crews work to clear the scene. Motorists are being advised to use Highway 20 as an alternate route, with authorities warning of significant delays in the area. It is not yet known when the highway will fully reopen.
