Auburn Hosts Johnny Cash Tribute

I’m Edward Smith, an Auburn area personal injury lawyer.  Johnny Cash has sold about 90 million records around the world. He is one of the best-selling musical artists of all time. Johnny is most fondly remembered as a country music legend. However, his songs and electrifying sound embodied blues, folk, rock and roll, rockabilly and gospel. This mass appeal won Johnny multiple inductions into Country Music, Gospel Music and Rock and Roll Music Halls of Fame.

Johnny is forever remembered for his deep bass-baritone singing voice. He was a humble man who loved to give free prison concerts. Johnny melted hearts with his simple style and huge heart.  He earned the nickname, “The Man in Black”. We are glad his music lives on. Because, we love him and miss him.
