Motorcycle Crashes Into Fixed Objects Can Cause Severe Injuries
Motorcyclists have little protection from the forces generated when a motorcycle strikes a fixed object such as a tree. These collisions can result in traumatic brain injuries, fractures, spinal injuries, and other serious trauma requiring emergency medical treatment.
Motorcyclists should wear appropriate protective equipment, remain alert to changing roadway conditions, and adjust their speed when traveling on winding or unfamiliar roads.

Why Hiring a Personal Injury Attorney Can Help
A single-motorcycle crash does not always mean the rider was responsible. Dangerous roadway conditions, defective motorcycle components, improperly maintained roads, or the actions of another motorist may contribute to a collision.
An experienced motorcycle accident attorney can investigate the circumstances of a crash, preserve evidence, determine whether another party may bear responsibility, and help an injured rider understand available options for recovering medical expenses, lost income, and other damages.
