ACAMPO, CA — Tragically, a Sacramento man, age 23, was killed Wednesday, August 2, in a crash involving two pickup trucks and two semi-trucks on southbound Highway 99 south of Jahant Road, north of Lodi.

The highway was shut down for nearly 10 hours while the scene was investigated and cleared. Luckily, CHP said the three other drivers involved in the serious collision didn’t report injuries.

More details have yet to be released, though the man who died has been identified.
