A pickup truck crashes into Flame Club building in Sacramento on Friday afternoon, causing damage to the building and sending one passenger to a local hospital as a precaution, according to the Sacramento Police Department.
Pickup Truck Strikes Building on 16th Street
The crash was reported shortly before 3:30 p.m. at the Flame Club on 16th Street.
Photographs from the scene showed significant damage to the front of the pickup truck as well as the exterior of the building. According to the bar’s owner, the collision also caused damage inside the establishment.
Emergency responders arrived to assess the scene and assist those involved.
Passenger Transported to Hospital
Sacramento police said a passenger in the pickup truck was transported to a local hospital as a precaution. Authorities have not released additional information regarding the person’s condition.
No information has been released regarding injuries to the driver or whether anyone inside the business was hurt.
