A Granite Bay head-on collision on Eureka Road on Saturday morning, November 29, 2025, tragically left one man dead, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash occurred around 8:30 a.m. along Eureka Road near Farschon Place.

The deceased, a Granite Bay resident, was driving a white Ford Mustang that collided with a black Chevrolet Tahoe. The Tahoe’s driver, a woman from Roseville, sustained moderate injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital. Both vehicles were only occupied by their respective drivers.

Authorities closed Eureka Road for several hours, disrupting traffic and prompting CHP to advise drivers to avoid the area. The closure allowed investigators to examine the scene and gather evidence to determine the cause of the crash. It is currently unclear whether substances such as alcohol or drugs contributed to the collision.
