Bicyclist Injured in Pickup Truck Collision on Norcade Circle in East Sacramento

A bicyclist injured in pickup truck collision on Norcade Circle sustained injuries Tuesday afternoon, July 29, 2025, after a collision involving a pickup truck in East Sacramento, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP). The crash occurred around 5:23 p.m., when a black-colored Chevrolet pickup reportedly struck a person riding a bicycle.

Sacramento Fire Department personnel arrived quickly at the scene to evaluate and treat the injured cyclist. The bicyclist suffered minor injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for further medical care. At this time, the cause of the crash remains under investigation, and no citations or charges have been announced.
