Roseville Car Accident Lawyers

Hi, I’m Ed Smith, a Roseville Car Accident Lawyer. If you need a supportive and knowledgeable attorney who will help you understand your rights and make sure you don’t get low-balled on your compensation, don’t hesitate to give me a call at (916) 921-6400 or (800) 404-5400 and I’d be happy to talk. Always free, friendly advice.

If you have suffered an injury due to someone else’s negligence, you’re entitled to recover a fair compensation under the California law.

I have been representing the personal injury victims in Roseville since 1982, and over the decades, I have helped hundreds of people recover millions in damages. Most people think that personal injury attorneys only deal with truck and car accidents, but I’ve personally dealt with all sorts of injury cases, including:

  • Injuries sustained at a place of work
  • Injuries suffered at recreational sites (for example, roller coasters)
  • Dog bites without provocation
  • Injuries sustained in public transport
  • Injured sustained from defective or faulty products
  • Injuries to minor children
