Fall is beautiful because our scenery in Sacramento is ever-changing during this season. It can even inspire us to turn over a new leaf and try something new. This introductory yoga class requires no prior experience, all you need to attend is an interest in yoga and its benefits. Participants will absorb the tranquil sensations of this season while practicing deep breathing and mindfulness. For 90 minutes, everyone will come together to relax and rejuvenate. In the spirit of the holidays, festive Halloween outfits are welcome. To sign up, please call the Black Box Theater at (916) 617-5320.
