The Antioch Police Department (Antioch PD) and the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District (CCCFPD) responded to a head-on collision that left four people injured at Asilomar Drive and Deer Valley Road. The injury incident occurred on Monday, August 24, 2020, shortly after 11:30 p.m. and involved a sedan and a pickup truck. Meanwhile, the two occupants of the truck were able to exit the vehicle on their own and went to a nearby residence to contact an ambulance. The police arrived and took both of them into custody prior to transporting them to a local hospital. Additional information on the car accident has not yet been released by Antioch PD.
