Injury Accident Involving Pedestrian Reported at Fruitridge Road Intersection
A hit-and-run driver caused a pedestrian injury accident involving an alleged transient in Sacramento on April 8. The accident happened at the intersection of Fruitridge Road and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard around 8:06 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP). A caller to the Sacramento police reported that there was an injured male in the roadway.

A witness saw the accident as it happened at a stop light at the intersection and said the black sedan that struck the pedestrian continued on at MLK Boulevard.
