DUI Suspected in Modesto Area Accident
I’m Ed Smith, a Modesto personal injury attorney. A two-vehicle accident occurred near the Ninth Street Bridge in Modesto during the morning of Saturday, March 17, 2018.
Officers from the Modesto Police Department responded to the scene of an auto accident along B Street and Ninth Street at approximately 9:40 am. When authorities arrived at the scene, they discovered two pickup trucks involved in the collision. Officials released a public statement that drugs or alcohol may have been a factor in the crash. However, the exact cause is not yet known due to pending investigation.
