What Happened?
Somehow the operator of a big rig collided with a power pole. His truck ended up coming to a rest on its side. The road was blocked while crews worked to clear the truck off the roadway.

The big rig hit the power pole along West Eight Mile Road in the area of King Island. This area is located in Stockton and within San Joaquin County.
Was the Big Rig Driver Injured?
No information as to the condition of the driver of the big rig was available. No other motorists were involved in the crash.
