State of the City Address
Date: Thursday, January 18, 2018
Time: 7:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Location: 1515 J Street, Sacramento, CA 95814
Admission: Free tickets sold here.
This annual breakfast will be free to the public and will focus on illuminating the city’s accomplishments, in addition to laying out Darrell Steinberg’s (the mayor of Sacramento) vision for the future of Sacramento. Keep in mind that there is limited seating for this event at the Sacramento Memorial Auditorium, so put your ticket on reserve as quickly as possible. Breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m., and the program will officially kick off at 8:45 a.m.
2018 Women’s March Sacramento
Date: Saturday, January 20, 2018
Time: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Admission: Free
With a mission to utilize the political power of strong and diverse women, the Women’s March of Sacramento is all about inspiring communities to cultivate socially transformative change. Regardless of your gender, those who are interested in deconstructing decades worth of systematic oppression are invited to join us in the battle for gender equity. Come on down to Southside Park and stand with your fellow community members to fight in the protection of our human rights.
The Great Ramen Showdown
Date: Wednesday, January 24, 2018
Time: 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Location: 2516 J Street, Sacramento, CA 95816
Admission: $20 online tickets.
The Jungle Bird excitedly presents food lovers with the ultimate Ramen showdown. There will be six different chefs whipping up Ramen dishes hoping to win this delicious competition. For just a mere $20 entry fee, you will get to participate in trying all six dishes as well as serving as a judge in the final decision. This event is sponsored by North American Foods, so fresh and tasty ingredients are guaranteed. Additionally, a phenomenal cocktail list will be available for this 21+ event.
Sacramento Chocolate Salon 2018
Date: Saturday, January 27, 2018
Time: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Admission: $15 admission fee.
Indulge in the finest premium, gourmet, and artisan chocolates that Sacramento has to offer on this fine Saturday afternoon. Behold, the premium chocolate tasting event in the city of Sacramento that will be taking place at the one and only Chocolate Salon – courtesy of TasteTV. Tickets are of limited availability, so chocolate fanatics will need to reserve their spot in advance to take place in this sweet experience.
