Bicycle Accidents Involving Motor Vehicles

Bicyclists have little to no protection around their bodies and therefore accidents involving motor vehicles can result in traumatic injuries and even death. As an experienced bicycle accident attorney, I have worked with people who have suffered traumatic brain injuries, bone fracturesspinal cord injuries and many other examples of harm due to these types of accidents. My clients have gone on to recover monetary compensation for damages such as present and future medical bills, lost wages, lost earning capacity and future wages, pain and suffering, and in wrongful death cases, damages for funeral expenses and the loss of companionship.
