A hit and run accident in Merced left a pedestrian hospitalized on the night of Saturday, July 18, 2020. The pedestrian accident occurred at the intersection of West 18th Street and R Street. A driver of a small black sedan allegedly crashed into a pedestrian who was walking in the area.
