The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department has released the above sketch of a suspect who they said tried to rob and sexually assault two women.

LOCATION OF ATTACK

The attack occurred about 2:00 a.m. on September 22, 2015 in North Highlands.

The location of the attempted robbery and sexual assault is near Walerga Road and Galbreath Drive.

SUSPECT’S  INTENTIONS UNCLEAR AT FIRST

The man told the women he planned to rob them, then, while brandishing a gun, said his real intent was to sexually assault them, according to a recent Sheriff’s Department news release.

The suspect was wearing dark jeans with a red T-shirt.

The two women were able to fight the man off and he ran away on foot.

DESCRIPTION

Age:  Mid-twenties

Height: 5 feet 7

Weight:  160 lbs.

Build:  Physically Fit

Hair:  Dark
