Emergence Festival of New Works

Where: Napa Valley College Performing Arts Center

When: February 7th and 8th at 7:00 p.m and 9th at 2:00 p.m.

If you are looking for a way to engage with local performing artists, the Napa Valley College is hosting an event that may excite you. This annual celebration of new performance pieces by local college staff, students, and faculty is a great way to see the premiere of plays, dance pieces, songs, and other art from local creators. Admission price is pay-what-you-can, and the event is curated by Jennifer King.

Yountville International Short Film Festival

Where: Downtown Yountville

When: February 6 – 9

Taking place at three pop-up locations in nearby Yountville, this festival will include over 80 incredible short films from all over the world. The event will also involve select VIP Cinema & Wine events featuring local wineries as well as culinary events taking place at locations within walking distance of the festival. Attendees will also be able to go to exclusive Meet the Filmmakers events where they can participate in Q&A sessions as well as curated screenings.

Valentine’s Day on The Wine Train

Where: 1275 McKinstry St, Napa, CA

When: Friday, February 14, at 12:00 p.m.

Couples looking for an extraordinary way to spend Valentine’s holiday may be interested in taking part in the Napa Wine Train’s special Valentine’s day event. Attending couples will be taken on a trip through the beautiful Napa Valley on an elegant train with luxurious amenities and service. The afternoon will include a multiple-course, gourmet 3-hour lunch or 2-hour dinner, a welcome glass of sparkling wine, strolling musicians traveling up and down the train, and private tours of local wineries.

Napa Farmers Market

Where: 195 Gasser Dr, Napa, CA

When: Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

If you like to shop locally to support local businesses as well as getting delicious, fresh produce, you’ll love the weekly Napa Farmers Market. The market provides a place for area farms to sell their goods directly to the community and also hosts a variety of vendors and nonprofits promoting causes related to sustainability and ecology. The market includes over 100 local vendors and organizations and takes place rain or shine.
