I-5 Accident with Motor Vehicle Injures Motorcycle Rider
A motorcyclist injury occurred in Sacramento on January 13 following a crash with a passenger vehicle. The collision was reported around 7:16 in the morning along Interstate 5 northbound just north of the Fruitridge Road entrance ramp. The incident report by the California Highway Patrol (CHP) stated that the motorist, driving a Nissan Altima, called in the accident and remained at the scene.

Sac Fire emergency responders arrived at the site to discover the motorcycle and rider lying in one of the lanes.
