Safety Reminder: Speeding Can Lead to Deadly Consequences
Single-vehicle crashes often occur when drivers travel at excessive speeds or lose control of their vehicles. Speeding reduces reaction time and increases the severity of a crash when a vehicle leaves the roadway. Drivers should always follow posted speed limits, remain alert to changing road conditions, and avoid risky driving behaviors, especially on rural or poorly lit roads at night.
