The community in Napa remains untouched by the presence of tourists and visitors from all over the world, which just proves that the city of Napa has a unique atmosphere that will always attract outsiders. It is true that Napa is primarily known for its world-famous wineries, but there are many other things to do in the city. Below is a list of local events that are taking place this month. Find something to do and bring a friend, lover, or family member.

Napa Craft Beer and Spirits Festival

Date: Saturday, February 23, 2019

Time: 2:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Location: 1030 Main Street, Napa, CA 94559

Admission: $24 – $99 tickets

Stop by this exclusive tasting festival that will feature 35 breweries, cideries, and distilleries. All attendees will have the chance to sample some of the newest craft beers, spirits, and ciders of this season. Food options will also be available for those that would like to pair their drink with a meal to compliment. To top it all off, there will be live music and games to play for the whole community. This is an age restricted event, you must be at least 21 years old to attend.

Crab Feast 2019: Mardi Gras Extravaganza

Date: Saturday, February 23, 2019

Time: 6:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Location: 983 Napa St, Napa, CA 94559

Admission: $70 tickets

Show off your favorite festive mask, grab a handful of colorful beads to adorn yourself with, and jump-start your Saturday night at this fun Mardi Gras themed event! This event will take place at St. John the Baptist Catholic School of Napa, and there will be fresh crab, Jambalaya, grilled tri-tip, salad, garlic bread, and more. You must be at least 21 years old to attend. There is going to be non-host cocktails, beer, and wine open to the public. Get ready for good food and drinks, complete with music and tons of dancing.

Family Fundays with Tacos

Date: Sunday, February 24, 2019

Time: 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Location: 500 1st Street, Napa, CA 94559

Admission: $15 tickets

Turn any night into a family fiesta after attending this taco making party at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA). This class will be all about exploring the ways to cook one of America’s favorite foods in a health-conscious and family-friendly setting. Attendants will walk away with the knowledge of how to spice things up (or down) in their kitchen when creating taco meals for the family. You will even have the chance to make your very own hand-pressed tortillas!
