Fatal Tesla Crash in Santa Clara
Officials in Santa Clara reported a fatal motor vehicle crash involving a 2021 Tesla Model Y on June 14, 2023. The Tesla was the only vehicle involved in the collision that occurred on San Tomas Expressway close to Forbes Avenue in Santa Clara, officials said.

A preliminary release revealed that a Los Gatos woman, age 44, was driving the Tesla with a passenger, her daughter, age 12. For unknown reasons, the vehicle allegedly veered off the roadway and collided with a tree. Sadly, both parties suffered fatal injuries in the car accident.
