Fairfield Personal Injury Lawyer

Hi, there! I’m Ed Smith, a Fairfield personal injury lawyer. I help victims of accidents get full and fair compensation for their injuries and losses. Since 1982, I’ve represented thousands of accident victims and obtained tens of millions of dollars in damages for them and their families.

Whether you’ve been injured in a motorcycle accident, car accident, truck accident, elevator accident, or have been a victim of medical negligence, I can help. I specialize in all types of personal injury accidents.

When people get injured in an accident, they don’t realize that the law is on their side! They can recover money to compensate for medical bills, lost wages, and many other losses from the people who are fully or even partially responsible. Never let your insurance company or someone else tell you otherwise!

So, if you need a bit of friendly advice regarding your case, call me at  (707) 564-1900 or (800) 404-5400. I offer no-obligation, free consultations, and never charge my clients a dime until their case is successfully resolved, and they are satisfied with the outcome.

I am a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the National Association of Distinguished Counsel.
